Ingredients:
1 lb beef slice, 1/2 onion slice, 3 pc pepper, diced 5 pc garlic , 2tsp oil, 1 tsp wine.
Cooking:
1.marinated beef with Korean beef sauce (# marinade sauce)for 10 mins,
or used beef from HMart pre- marinated directly.
2. add 2 tsp oil into fry pan, stir onion and peper first, then add beef, and 1tsp wine 5 mins or until all cooked.

1 tsp 味霖或米酒 mirin or rice wine
1/8个奇异果 或梨 1/8 kiwi minced , or pear
1 -2 蒜瓣 1-2 clove garlic, minced,
mix well all ingredients except oil, add mixture to 牛肉, marinated it over 20mins or o/n
